A party does not prevent other members from using any part of the SYBC grounds, including the area you may be expecting to use. There are no reserved areas at SYBC. A party permits a member to have more guests than is normally permitted.
| Private parties may be scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Parties are not permitted on Saturday or Sunday. |
| Parties require Board approval. Submit your request, in writing, or make your request at our monthly meeting. Contact the Yeoman if you have questions. There is a $100 fee for parties of 25 or fewer, $150 for parties of 26-50, and $200 for parties of more than 50 people. You can pay this by check or card. For card, please visit our Payments page. |
