Parties may be scheduled Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. A party does not “reserve” the club, or prevent other members from using any part of the SYBC grounds. It only allows more guests than is normally permitted.
Parties require Board approval. Submit your request, in writing, or make your request at our monthly meeting.
