Below are three sponsorship options. Both gold and silver allow you an unlimited number of guests, but only gold will get you a reserved spot.

Please read for all information pertaining to 2026 sponsorships.
- GOLD Sponsorship – $200 + $8 PayPal fee
- Choice of available 12’x20′ spot reserved for you and your guests. We will call each person purchasing a Gold Sponsorship, in chronological order, to get your choice for reserved spot.
- Limited to 23 available spaces
- Invite unlimited guests, but each still needs to pay admission
- Early setup on July 2nd
- Name or business name on 2 sponsor banners, Channel Marker, and SYBC’s Facebook page
- Important: Gold sponsorships have sold out very quickly in previous years, with most selling in the first few minutes. Spot selection is based on the timestamp of your PayPal payment.
- SILVER – $100 + $4 PayPal fee
- Unlimited availability
- Invite unlimited guests, but each still needs to pay admission
- Early setup on July 2nd
- Setup in any general area (green on map)
- Name or business name on 2 sponsor banners, Channel Marker, and SYBC’s Facebook page
- BRONZE – $50 + $2 PayPal fee
- Unlimited availability
- Open to non-members
- Name or business name on 2 sponsor banners, Channel Marker, and SYBC’s Facebook page
- RESERVED SPOT INFORMATION:
- 23 of the 25 numbered spots on the map below are reservable.
- The remaining 2 numbered spots will remain general use areas.
- Gold sponsors will be contacted in the order payments are received.
- When it is your turn to choose, you will receive an updated map showing all available and reserved spots.
- Please be patient after payment. We will be confirming each member’s selection and updating the map before contacting the next person in line.
- As long as you receive a PayPal payment confirmation your place in line is secured.
- MUSIC AREA
- Music will be located in front of spots 11, 12, and 13. If you are sensitive to loud noise, we suggest choosing a location farther away from those spots.

- ENTRY FEES
- Sponsorships do not include event admission.
- All members and guests ages 5+ will be required to pay the $10 entry fee. Cards will be accepted at the gate this year. Cash will not be accepted for entry.
- GENERAL SETUP AREAS
- There will still be plenty of room available in the green general use areas for members not sponsoring.
- Please do not set up tents or chairs to reserve space before the morning of the 3rd unless you’ve purchased a gold or silver sponsorship. Any items placed early will be moved.
- Additional information regarding food trucks, kid activities, and other event details will be sent closer to the event.
