This applies to all common areas.<\/p>\n<li><b>Family Friendly Club.<\/b> SYBC is a family-oriented, recreational club, so<br \/>\nall behavior on the beach, and in the common areas (BBQ and Firepit<br \/>\nareas) should be kid and family friendly. No offensive language,<br \/>\naggressive or offensive behavior. This includes excessive drinking and<br \/>\ndrunken behavior.<\/p>\n<li><b>Water Safety Focus.<\/b> SYBC promotes fun and safe use of the Willamette<br \/>\nRiver. All members must adhere to all rules and laws of the state of<br \/>\nOregon (which can be viewed on the SYBC website), as well as guidelines<br \/>\nestablished by the SYBC Board to allow fun and safe use of the club<br \/>\ngrounds and beachfront. For example: Being aware of your wake so as<br \/>\nnot to damage boats on the beach or docks across the river, and<br \/>\nmonitoring actions of children\/minors on the beach and in or near<br \/>\nwatercraft.<\/p>\n<li><b>Guest Responsibility.<\/b> All members must adhere to the maximum 5<br \/>\nguest limitation, and are responsible for the behavior of their guests. All<br \/>\nguests must be met at the gate and escorted into the club.<\/p>\n<li><b>\u201cAfter Hours\u201d Use of Club Grounds.<\/b> Members must not abuse or<br \/>\ndamage SYBC property when using club grounds in the evening.<br \/>\nCurrently, there is not a \u201ccurfew\u201d, but members should not be having<br \/>\nlate-night parties with the sole purpose of excessive drinking and<br \/>\nreckless behavior. This is not in the spirit of the club.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"\"><p>By signing this agreement (by clicking the confirmation email link), I acknowledge that I have read the above, and agree<br \/>\nto abide by these and all rules of SYBC, allowing for a great, safe boating<br \/>\nseason. Violation of this agreement, or SYBC rules and guidelines, may result<br \/>\nin suspension or revocation of my membership in the Salem Yacht and Boating<br \/>\nClub.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"CF5a99d65b032af_1-row-2\"  class=\"row \"><div  class=\"col-sm-12  single\"><div class=\"\"><p><i><b>When you submit this agreement, an email will be sent to the email address you've entered.
