GOLD Sponsorship – $200 (22 available, 1 per membership)

SILVER – $100 (unlimited available)

  • Invite unlimited guests
  • Early setup on July 2nd in any general areas (colored green on map)
  • Name or business name on 2 sponsor banners, Channel Marker, and SYBC’s Facebook page

 

BRONZE – $50 (unlimited available.  Also open to non-members)

  • Name or business name on 2 sponsor banners, Channel Marker, and SYBC’s Facebook page

 

OTHE INFO:

  1. The last few years, the gold sponsorships have sold very quickly!  For reference, last year, we had 10 payments within the first 5 minutes.
  2. When checking out for a reserviced spot, please note your first 3 spot # choices, and your name for the banners.
  3. 22 of the 24 numbered spots on the map below are reservable.  The other 2 will be left as general areas.
  4. There is a limit of one reserved spot per membership.  Make sure you do not select more than one space.
  5. Music and MC will be in the marked spot between #11 and #12.  The volume needs to be at a certain level, and will not be lowered.  This ensures guests can hear the music and any announcements.  It will be loud there.  If you are sensitive to loud noise or just don’t want to be near it, we suggest choosing a minimum of 3 spots away or on one of the lower levels.
  6. Gold sponsors will be contacted with any questions in chronological order using the timestamp on our receipt of your payment.
  7. Once you’ve paid for your gold sponsorship, please be patient and wait for us to reach out to you.  We are handling a lot of back & forth at this time and cannot move onto the next person in line until we’ve finished all communications with the previous sponsor.  The more emails we get, the longer it takes us to get to you.  As long as you received your payment confirmation from PayPal you will be on our list.
  8. ALL members and guests, sponsors or not, ages 5+ will be required to pay an entry fee of $10.  We will only take PayPal and Venmo for entry fees.  There will be QR codes to scan to make it as quick and easy as possible.  There will be no cash accepted for entry.  (save that cash for the 50/50 raffle.  Last year’s winner took home almost $900!)
  9. Don’t worry!  If you are not sponsoring, there will still be plenty of space to setup, hang out, and watch the show as marked by all the green colored areas on the map.  There is no parking in these areas so it will all be for seating.
  10. Non-sponsor members are allowed 10 guests for this event.
  11. If you are not sponsoring, please do not setup tents, chairs, or rope off areas before the morning of July 3rd.  Your items will be moved if setup prior to that.
  12. This is the second year for our bronze sponsor tier.  Help us spread the word to your business owner friends.  $50 will have their business name or logo on 2 banners at an event of ~500 people, in our Channel Marker, and on our SYBC Facebook page.
